In the current scenario, removal of heavy metals from contaminated water has become a major challenging task to world researchers because disposal untreated into aquatic environment have adverse effect towards ecosystem. Keeping this in mind, present study investigates synthesize sugarcane bagasse biochar modified magnetic nanoparticles decontamination and their batch scale potential chromium (VI) aqueous solution. The synthesized adsorbent was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, FE-SEM, VSM EDX. dosages (50-400 mg/L), initial Cr concentration (5-70 pH (3-11), contact time (1h-25h) were evaluated on at room temperature. adsorption data well fit with Langmuir isotherm (R2=0.99) pseudo second order kinetics (R2=0.99). maximum capacity found be 20.47 mg/g.
